1. We understand that every client has unique needs. That’s why we offer custom sizing for our products to ensure a perfect fit based on your specific requirements. Please note that custom sizes are subject to client specifications and may vary depending on the product and order quantity.

2. Designs, prints and color choices are flexible and can be customized as per client requirements, subject to availability, feasibility and order quantity.

3. We do send the samples to interested buyers; however, the client must cover the courier costs.

4. The minimum order for a selected product is 50 pieces, all in the same material, design and color.

5. The choice of shipping method will depend on the order value and client preferences. Depending upon the requirement we can either ship the product by air or by sea.

6. We use 100% cotton. The quality of the hand block printed products lies in their artisanal craftsmanship. Slight misprints add to their charm and uniqueness, showcasing the beauty of handmade work. Please note that when dealing with hand printed and dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to Miri Reflections to determine, in its discretion, whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.

7. All transactions and payments for our products will be conducted in USD (United States Dollar). This ensures consistency and ease for our international clients across various regions.

9. We use international standard packaging to protect your products during transit, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to safeguard against environmental factors and handling, providing both aesthetic appeal and practicality. This commitment to quality and packaging guarantees that your orders are shipped safely and in pristine condition, no matter the destination.

11. As per the agreed Incoterms, the responsibility for the Custom Duties, Insurance, Taxes, Import Fees will vary depending upon the shipping terms of the order.
