Shipping Policy
Shipping Terms
We offer the following International Commercial Terms (Incoterms):
1. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
- We handle all shipping costs, insurance and freight to the destination port
- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded on the vessel
- Suitable for buyers who prefer a hassle free shipping process
2. FOB (Free on Board)
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, insurance and freight after goods are loaded onto the vessel at the origin port
- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are on board
- Ideal for buyers who want more control over shipping logistics
3. CFR (Cost and Freight)
- We cover shipping costs to the destination port, but the buyer arranges insurance
- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded onto the vessel
- Best for buyers who prefer to manage their own insurance

Shipping Methods
​
1. Primary Method: Air Freight
- Fast and secure delivery (3-7 business days, depending on destination)
- Best for urgent or smaller orders
2. Secondary Method: Sea Freight
- Available for large orders (Full Container Load - FCL or Less than Container Load - LCL)
- More cost-effective for bulk shipments (transit time: 20-30 days)
- Must be confirmed in advance based on order volume

Delivery & Lead Time
​
Production Time: 20-25 days (depending on order size)
Shipping Time:
- Air: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Sea: 20-30 days after departure (varies by destination)​

Custom & Import Duties
​
- Under CIF/CFR: We handle export customs clearance
- Under FOB: Buyer arranges import customs clearance and duties
- All import taxes, duties and fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed

Returns & Claims
​
- No returns accepted unless due to manufacturing defects (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)
- Claims for lost/damaged shipments must be filed with the shipping carrier/insurance provider
​
Force Majeure
​
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, wars, etc.)
